Create the application
Add an introduction and relevant questions. Choose staff review or eligible automatic grading, then review the form before sharing its link.
Collect and assess responses
Applicants submit with a verified Roblox account. Authorized reviewers inspect their answers, record notes, and pass or fail pending responses.
Send the result and review admission
New decisions create a dashboard notification and queue a Discord DM. If an application pass is required for joining, review the separate Roblox join request too.

Can applicants apply before joining the Roblox group?
Yes. Verified Roblox users can open a shared application link and submit before joining. Staff can configure required applications in the separate pending-join workflow.
Does Pro automatically grade written answers?
Automatic grading uses configured answer keys for required single-choice and multi-select questions. Use staff review for short or long text answers.
Does passing an application accept the Roblox join request?
No. Passing satisfies that application's requirement. The Roblox join request is a separate operation, and every required application must have a pass for the account requesting admission.
