Connect Roblox identities to the right Discord roles.
Let members verify their Roblox accounts, then use group membership and ranks to apply configured Discord roles and nicknames. Clan Labs keeps the mapping in your community settings.
What your team can do
A Discord role can represent a member's Roblox rank, their verified identity, or membership in another group. Clan Labs lets you define those relationships explicitly. Members select which verified account applies to the community, and supported verification or update flows apply the relevant configuration.
- Link the member's Roblox identity
- Members use the account-linking flow to verify and select a Roblox account for the community. Configure verified and unverified roles and an optional linking guide.
- Map ranks and group membership
- Rank binds map particular Roblox ranks to Discord roles. Group binds can apply rules for membership in additional Roblox communities.
- Set meaningful nicknames
- Configure the community nickname format, or use group-specific formats and rank prefixes. Automatic nicknames and automatic roles can be configured separately.
From setup to everyday use
Start with a test member and check the result before introducing the workflow to your whole community.
Prepare the bot's permissions
Place the bot's highest role above the roles it needs to manage. Grant Manage Roles and, if using automatic nicknames, Manage Nicknames.
Configure verification and binds
Choose verified roles, enable the required automation, and map Roblox ranks or group membership to the intended Discord roles.
Verify and update a test member
Select a verified account, run /update, and inspect Auto Roles and Nickname results. Confirm the member's actual roles and nickname in Discord.
Before you get started
- Clan Labs installed in an active Discord community, with a verified Roblox account selected by the member.
- The bot's role above every role it must assign or remove, with the required Discord permissions.
- Correct bind settings and successful Roblox lookups; role hierarchy and bypass settings can affect the result.
Plan availability
Premium includes group binds; Pro includes Premium's capabilities. Account linking, role updates, and nicknames also depend on community access, selected settings, and Discord permissions.
Base monthly prices. Longer billing terms receive a discount.

When are Discord roles and nicknames updated?
Configured changes apply through supported verification and member update flows. After editing binds or changing group membership, run /update or Apps โ Update User and inspect the result. Do not assume every external rank change appears instantly.
Can I update nicknames without automatic roles?
Yes. Automatic nickname management can be enabled separately. It needs Manage Nicknames and a valid format; Discord hierarchy and bypass settings still apply.
Does Clan Labs manage every role in the server?
Clan Labs manages roles represented by the active configuration. Discord still controls which roles the bot can assign or remove, so its highest role must sit above the roles it needs to manage.
